Hosting and Webmaster Industry Survival Guide :)Hi,
I want to share with you my thoughts about the industry's development and promoting a hosting and other webmaster products. I believe this information could be useful for smaller companies as well for the new guys on the scene. When you step on the market or when you start new product or service your should know where to put a target and how to bring new customers. The prices of advertising went mad within the last 6 months. Most well-established companies spend $100 to get a new customer who pays them less money. Why? Because this way smaller providers go down and big ones get the profit for the 2nd year and the years after. This strategy is welcomed by online advertising agencies and leading industry media because it brings them a lot of money. I can advice you to search the market for the best and cheapest targeted advertising and not to pay no more than 10% of the service price. You can also need to do better job to keep your existing customers instead of trying to compensate their leaving by bringing the new ones. Last but not by importance is to create partnerships with other business owners and to be loyal. I beleive that this way smaller hosts and other webmaster service providers can keep their business growth. Best Regards Dimitar __________________
