hello, im new to this whole php buisness. im trying to set up a web site that includes an HTML file. for instance, when you go to the php main page, and click on Members, the members is an html file, and i want the html file to be displayed while still being at the php site. i have it set up now so that when you click the html link, it goes to a seperate html file showing the contents, but it leaves the php site.

is this possible, and how can i correct this? i thank any of you that help in advance. in case youre still uncertain of what the sam hell im talkin about, my web site can be found at gw.ddtech.org . i want to fix it so that when you click, Members, Ranks, or Rules, it stays on the site......thanks again

Go through this thread and tell me if it's not something you could use.

ummmmmmmmm the answer could probably be staring me in the face, i know html, but jack squat about php.

if you went to the gw.ddtech.org site and clicked on members, on the right, (you have to register), it opens to a seperate html page. i want to include the links and stuff around the members. htm........... sorry if this is frustrating and confusing, and i thank you for your quick responce.

I don't see a member link anywhere!

register to use the site....then, on the top right, is the section ~GW~Links...in there are Member, Ranks, and Rules....thanx and apologies...

I took a good look at your website and I have to admit that I don't really know what you mean by...

PLUS, I don't know anything much about phpnuke except that it's a popular CMS. Never used it myself nor have I ever frequented a site using it.

I am confused, have you tried asking for support from the developers of the CMS i.e. phpnuke? Surely they would know much more about their own script to easily handle any questions you may have.

to insert the html page inside of the php frame......


right now, when you click on Ranks, you go to a seperate page with just the Ranks. Id like it so just the <home> info changes to Ranks, and the logo stays on top, the links where they are.
