Transparent Textarea Scrollbar

Hi,

im trying to create a textarea with a transparent scrollbar. Does anyone know how to do that without using flash of javascript? Basically, i would like to change the arrows with another picture, but if i can't, then i would like to make the scrollbar transparent. Let me know if you can suggest something!
