JimmyContrudy is on a distinguished road

What's causing this white patch?

www.geocities.com

Here's the HTML that I'm using:

HTML Code:

HPRPG-Rules

Home

RPG Related
Rules
How to Roleplay
News
Roleplaying Boards

Harry Potter Related
The Books
The Films
Galleries
J.K.Rowling
Harry Potter News

Other
Contact Us

Rules

Well,here's the rules for the RPG.Hopefully you won't find them too strict or find there to be too many of them.
1.No insulting other users outside of roleplaying.
2.Swearing is allowed,but use it when appropriate,don't put a swear word after every two words just for the hell of it.
3.No God-Moding.This means posting stuff like
"Jimmy flew around the world in a second and then blew up the universe by blinking."
4.Keep it realistic.If during a lesson a teacher decides to punish you,don't start being all smart by refusing to
carry out the punishment,claiming that "it's a game and you can't make me."
If you feel that you need not roleplay properly because it's a game,then feel free to leave.Otherwise we'll just make you.
5.OMG LIEK d0n''t p05t liek dis! You are allowed to use letters in place of words like u & r (although this is discouraged)
,but know when to stop.
6.No set of rules is complete without the "have fun" comment at the end.

And here's the CSS:

CSS Code:
body { background: white url(http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v291/JimmyContrudy/hprpgbackground2.gif) no-repeat; }

#image {

    position: absolute;
                              top: 0;
                              left: 235;

}

#navigation { position: absolute; top: 30; left: 0; width: 10em; } #content { margin-left: 0em;
                        }

#navigation {
    color: #FFFFFF;

}

#rulesintro { position: relative; top: 0; left: 175; width: 55em; }

#rulesintro { color: #FFFFFF; }

#rules { color: #FFFFFF; }

#rules { position: relative; top: 0; left: 0; width: 74em; }

Looking through them I can't see anything that would cause that.And I know that it's not problems with my background image because it works fine here:

Can anyone help?

JdS will become famous soon enough
First off, why are you using that particular DOCTYPE declaration (XHTML/Strict) in your markup? Look at your
tag for example, it's not even XHTML! There are of course other errors, according to this page, http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=ht...pg%2Frules.htm , there are 139 errors.
