Error in Windows XP SP1

Hi, all of a sudden i've been having a problem in windows XP i try to boot into my user and it comes up with an error message that is the following Error: Loader couldn't initialize service.

can someone help me? Thanks! If it requires me re-writing a few files from the CD please post the instructions, thank you in advance.

pcxgamer had a few ideas on this. I'll post what he has already said.
