How to redirect mouse clicks to an ActiveX control?

Hello.

I am writing a container (client) for an ActiveX control (server). The server can process mouse clicks and send events to the client. My client is a regular MFC application -- not a dialog. The server is displayed inside the client's window with OleDraw() function.
However all mouse clicks (even those in the server's area) GO TO THE CLIENT, therefore the server does not see any and cannot process them.
How can I make user messages to be redirected to the server?
The server is inproc (DLL).
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
