So here's my "final" site. I say final cos it'll never really be finished as with all sites i guess.
Anyways general opinions needed on the navigation and user friendlyness or pretty much anything...
I started building this site about 1 1/2 months ago and originally posted a thread called www.gidforums.com and this is now the final site of that template i was developing.
Site Stats:
My own simple php CMS using html snippets to display the banner, left menu and right content. Full CMS is thanx to cutenews so the client can change whatever whenever. I'm still finishing off the admin to edit the html snippets should be finsihed this weekend.
This is my first real freelance contract job...I knew I could do it!

Congradulations. This will probably be a first of a long line of freelance work, I'm sure. I hope you're retaining rights to the code, so you can use it in your future freelance work. I can't stand reading these agreements where the client wants to retain complete rights to any and all code written for them.

Yes I agree, it's very nice. Hopefully it lands you more jobs in the near future.

Thanx JasonMichael and JdS! There is still so much to do now...i'm quite busy working on other sites including my portfolio so this site now takes second place in my priority list! The client seems to be adding content now...i Love it! Server side scripts really brighten up my day

it looks very nice but it seemed to take forever to load

i like the design but white writing on a dark bkg is hard for me
