I am just wondering on what are the most stressful things that you've ever encountered with a particular web hosting?

If any, what would you suggest for improvement?

Since nobody answered I can say that it is probably a downtime or e-mail problems. Most site owners use simple HTML and e-mail, so if their hosting provider is not good enough and experience downtime or problems with mail software, then they should be very frustrated.

The problems are different of course if you provide business hosting services.

Please note that if you want to find better answers of your question you have to post a particular problem your you have with your hosting company or at least a company's service profile. Users will be able then to post meaningful suggestions.

My pet peeves concerning web hosts are apathy and incompetence. Unfortunately, my very first web host was like that. It's no wonder they no longer exist.

I absolutely hate long unscheduled downtimes where support is nowhere to be found.

Agreed, this was always my annoyance with other companies.

The most stressful things about webhosting would probably be getting the customers..

On the web hosting providers site it would be finding good customers

On the customers side it is usually downtime and customer support.

I have been with <snipped> for nearly 2 years and their support and service ARE EXCELLENT....!!!

However, how do you think about their pricing structure? Is anyone dare to recommend any host that can provide best service and less cost?

I think support and response time rank among the top of the list.
