No, I don't see the link to the admin panel and I forgot what the url was... why not try the install again from scratch?

ok I cleared the cookies and it didn't work. and the install this is the fourth time I've instill it tonight I even wipe the server clean to make sure that wasn't the problem.

A 404 error is a missing page! So check that the index.php file is there in the admin folder. You can change your login info temporarily and send me the details via email so I can take a look for ya.

ok here something you know that if your web server is setup right you can explore the dir right (ex. pcxnetwork.com/admin/)
and it will show you all of the file in that dir or if it not setup right it will say "You are not authorized to view this page" ok I have made sure that the admin folder is there I FTP into the server and made sure that the files where there. But it looks like the server isn't see the admin folder at all check this out. the docs dir the admin dir __________________

I have found the problem. for some reason my server will not reconize the admin folder but if I change the name to something other than admin it works.
