Do you mean the monitor setup screen (things like contrast, position, pincushion, etc.)? There may be a setting within the actual screen setup that should fix it for you; it could be like the TV's that show your channel when you first turn it on.
I guess a better question is: does it turn off after awhile? If not, then I'd look in the manual (if you have it) and see if there's something special about it. You might also try the company's web site. __________________
