Helpdesk Integration

After a very, very very very long night, I finally completed the integration of a helpdesk system into a current template.

The helpdesk can be found here: homeklick.com/helpdesk/
The template I made for it: mrbobdouglas.com/hk/index.htm (which will be used on the homeklick.com site later)

I have reviewed the helpdesk system for a bit, seems like there are no longer any errors.

Some feedback I would like:
How user friendly is this?
Any ideas what could be done to make it a bit more user friendly?
Do you see any errors?
Any other suggestions?

You are more than welcome to create a ticket, log in, ect., this helpdesk is not live at the moment, so whatever you do won't effect anything.

Thanks

I tried to test the system, but keep getting an internal server error.

I remember one time that I had this happen to me, the problem was within an .htaccess file within the directory of the PHP scripts I was trying to run.

Haha, that was up for 30 seconds :/

It should be fine now. I am trying to modify the server time zone, without actually changing the real server time.

Testing homeclick.com/helpdesk
On my side...win200 with IE5...I encountered a couple of first off errors
-the top drop down menu doesnt work, whereas it soughta works here www.mrbobdouglas.com
-The collapse tables for the menu doesnt work right...when I click the main menu title its hides the menu options but the whole left menu moves down a couple of hundred pixels.

NOTE : well everything seems to be working fine with Mozilla
It seems u built this template for mozilla users don't ya think u should make it IE compatible?

It is IE compatible, and it does validate. Can you send me some screenshots of this problem?

I no longer use IE 5, and never really thought that there are IE 5 users still out there. If gured because of all the security issues, everyone would be on IE 6.

Some screenshots would be very helpful.

The menu code is exactly the same code for on both pages, I don't see how one page can work and another with the exact same code doesn't.

Thanks for taking a look.

The only thing I don't really like is the burgundy color. Other than that, the site look good.

okay i don't know wat the problem is maybe something my side but here's the screen shots

first image is the homeklick.com/helpdesk/ page as it has finished loading. The top menu isn't righ but when I move my mouse over it corrects itself.

Secong img is how it looks when the menu opens.

Third img is the top menu working ok in the service page.

Forth img is what happens when I click on the left menu headings.

If the code is exactly the same for the top menu on all pages then something is wacky maybe my IE has issues or maybe virus, malware? donno

Can you be a bit more specific? Goto Help > About Internet Explorer.

It should say Version: 5.xx.xx.xx

I just need the first few numbers, not the entire thing
