Question

Problem in connecting tomcat via apache proxy

Hi

I am trying to connect tomcat via an apache proxy. I have put the following directive in my httpd.conf for the redirection.

ProxyPass /sms 127.0.0.1
ProxyPassReverse /sms 127.0.0.1

However, it gives me an error

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /sms on this server."

I am using tomcat 5.5 and apache 2.0.52 both on a win xp machine.

The tomcat server if accessed directly works fine using 127.0.0.1.

Thanks in advance for your help.
