Apache 2.0.52 on W2K - problemHi,
I have installed Apache 2.0.52 on a W2K Dell Inspirion 8000 laptop and for the moment I am using it locally on port 8080 (127.0.0.1:8080). Apparantly images (.jpg) and html files larger than 4096 bytes are not transferred correctly. I produced an html file of 4097 bytes just showing some text: (below that size all works correctly) the first line shown is : !DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"> So it looks like if the only the last 4096 bytes were transferred thereby missing out the starting "<". Any ideas on what could be wrong ? [Tried also the recommended setup as service on port 80 for all users but the problem is exactly the same] [Tried swithing off ZoneAlarm firewall but the problem remains] |
