I noticed that DigitalRice ended up only offering 5 MB of space, LOL! It doesn't look like they're changing from that policy. I believe they've also added ads now. Anyway, they probably won't regain their former status again. When I clicked on SportingOn, I was redirected to Netster, which doesn't offer free hosting, nor hosting for that matter.

http://www.brinkster.com offers ASP hosting without advertisements, but they don't have FTP either. I think Websamba offers ASP as well, but is unreliable.
