Gallery Thumbnail problem

I am running Gallery version 1.4.4-RC1 on one of my websites but I cant get the thumbnailing to work.
the homepage is here
gallery.sourceforge.net

I get these arrors when I run the Gallery Configuration Wizard

12 of 13 NetPBM binaries located.

Check to see if NetPBM is installed so that Gallery can manipulate images (rotate, resize, make thumbnails, etc.). You only need to have either NetPBM or ImageMagick installed. Warning
Missing optional binary pnmcomp. Without pnmcomp gallery will not be able to watermark images, except you use ImageMagick and have the composite binary installed.

2 of 3 ImageMagick binaries located.

Check to see if ImageMagick is installed so that Gallery can manipulate images (rotate, resize, make thumbnails, etc.). You only need to have either ImageMagick or NetPBM installed. Warning
Missing optional binary composite. Without composite gallery will not be able to watermark images, except you use NetPBM and have the pnmcomp binary installed.

Can't find jhead

Check to see if jhead is installed so that Gallery can examine EXIF headers embedded in images created with most digital cameras. Warning
I can't find jhead. If it's installed and not in the path of the webserver user that's OK—you can specify the path by hand on the following page. If it's not installed, you can install it yourself. Jhead is a public domain EXIF parser. Source, linux binaries, and windows binaries can be found at the jhead homepage.

Im on a windows machine but my server is linux and I only have FTP access.
I cant seem to find the linux components I need.
I cant unzip linux downloads in windows so I was wondering if anyone here could help me.

It sounds like its finding everything but one component of NetPBM and one of ImageMagick's. You could just try reinstalling NetPBM, perhaps. A source link is at netpbm.sourceforge.net.

I know that there is a jhead binary that works on most servers, that you can upload using ftp, same goes for netpbm.

I think it was all available at the gallery website, but I'm not sure
