New to this forum...just a little question...

Hello,

I am new to this forum. I have moved here because my other favorite forum is either down or closed.

My question is...I have made a program that copies a simple file to a simple directory. Nothing much. But I want it so it copies files that you drag and drop on the .exe. And if the user drops multiple files it will copy all the files to the directory I specify in the source code. Is this even possible?

Hello rune hunter. It is nice to see you here. We are always happy to see new people stop by. What you want to do seems like it would be possible. I assume that you are trying to do this in Windows? If so, you may want to post this question in the MFC forum. I am a terrible Windows programmer so I don't have a good answer for you.

Good luck and I hope to see you around.

If you are creating a console program all you need to do is use the argc/argv parameters on main(). Check the tutorial on how to use them.
