Do you know that 247 tornadoes were reported in the month of september, which is so far the highest number of tornadoes taking place in a single month.
Hurricane Frances produced the most tornadoes ever-117 . Hurricane Ivan -104 tornadoes and Hurricane Jeanne - 16. For more details check out

Although the hurricanes are what did the most damage, we are certainly overloaded with the tornadoes.

Most tornadoes fortunately never get past the 2 stage or less, otherwise we are really hurting.

With the Atlantic warming up, scientists said this is a 30 year cycle.

They had some people call in on radio with ideas to stop the hurricanes:
Real geniuses they are.

One said to coat the ocean with olive oil.
One said to bring in huge fans.
one suggested to send a big ice glazier.
The strangest said to explode a nuclear bomb over the hurricane.

Never under estimate the minds of people.

I have another stupid idea.

Apparently hurricanes are caused by butterflies flapping their wings someplace on the other side of the world.

I say we send in the Marines, armed with bug spray, and nuke the place!
