Go to the web site of your motherboard manufacturer. Under the "support" (or similar) area should be a section for BIOS updates. Get the latest one and get a copy of the install procedure, which should be given w/ the BIOS. Follow the procedure; it should have instructions on backing up your old on and how to flash the new one.
