hello all,im new here,my problem is each time i download ie 6,nothin happens,simply cant get my browser to work,...my pc was fine till i tried the aol free trial,wen it finished i deleted all things aol,now im using a default version of ie5.5 ,but it wont go to links in emails,or let me in chat rooms,im a bit green wen it comes to computers,.....ty dean hutchinson

Try downloading a different browser, like Firefox or Opera. If a new browser works, then the problem is w/ IE. If they don't, then the problem is most likely w/ Windows itself.

There's other things we can do to try and fix the problem, but troubleshooting is hastened by eliminating variables.
