Since late last night, I have started writing and testing code that will connect this forum's user database with all the future sites off gnetwork.

It was a lot EASIER than I had anticipated. So, I am quite confident I can come up with a simple PHP class to handle this easily over any site (I develop) in the future and this can be completed within days.

In a nutshell, if you have an account here on GIDForums™, you will not need to register anywhere else on gnetwork. You will be able to login to each site using the same username and password as the one you've set up for yourself here.

The PHP class to connect a '3d party' site to the GIDForums™ user database is complete. Initial test reveal that it works wonderfully. I have even preserved the usergroup information. For the moment the only usergroups that will matter are:

• Administrators
• Super Moderators
• Moderators
• Members (including Members Level 1-5 and VIPS)
• Guest / Others (banned/invalid email/awaiting email verification).

So, admins/super mods/mods may access more options on any given web page simply based on their usergroup; just like here.
