By looking at http://www.affiliateseeking.com you can see that there are quite a few good 2-tiered CPM banner affiliate programs and 2-tierd CPM Popups, Popunders and Exit affiliate programs listed there.

I was just wondering if any body new of any more of these types of affiliate programs? If so, then could you please list them.

When you say "a few good 2-tiered CPM banner affiliate programs", what do you mean by that actually? How do you define "good"? Would "good" mean that you have actually received payments from such programs in the past. Which ones?

Just linking to a site which in turn is simply listing every other affiliate program in the world isn't even remotely related to your question.

When I say good ones, I mean ones where you you know that they pay and ones that pays an average to good amount of money for every 1000 impressions.

I think Fastclick allows you to send referrals.

How easy is it to get approved by FastClick?
