I have a couple of problems on my network.
Outlook on our network isnt working, you can view your inbox and messages are getting through to the mail server, but no-one can recieve/send any mail.

any idea what the problem might be?

Well it sounds like Outlook isn't properly configured to access this mail server & exchange data with it. I'm sure the mail server allows users to connect, but how? You stuck with POP, or IMAP, or is this a Microsoft Exchange Server?

What errors do you get? Can you ping the mail server from these PCs? How do these users view their inboxes at the moment as you say - via web interface?
