need CSS help on this one.

The layers look different on every PC i view it on, some overlap, some don't. how do i fix this permanently?

I only saw one mention of CSS:

Its cute, though probably not the most professional option. Kinda hard to read the text if you ask me.

The design is a bit bare and the animated logo is kind of distracting.
never have an animation run for more than 10 seconds in my opinion.
