Question, on your tripod page the latest entry section, how exactly do you update that, is it just simple html editing or is there some engenious plan that keeps this updated, or did you use SSI?

Well, I have used SSI on F2S, and it works great, and I can see how that could be implimented so that you just have to edit one file. However, you know tripod, they might not offer SSI.

there are many SSI methods, (which one do u mean) works in Tripod (besides FrontPage, I mean)??

btw, my left menu list is SSI (FP2K SSIs, that is)... so i only edit it once and all pages are updated.

I use the SSI:
<!--#include virtual="/filename.txt" -->
It works if it is in a *.shtml document, but it takes a significant time to load, check it out at http://nniehoff.tripod.com/realestate.shtml

Well, maybe they are not supposed to. Lets not make a big deal out of it, however I see no harm in taking advantage of this...

Well, for those people who really need to know, here it is, however I don't think that tripod is going to see this and decide to turn off the SSI.
