I'm almost certain you don't get php/mysql support with topcities but you do get it with coolfreepages.com/ionichost.com

Lately I have been concentrating on my topfunwebsites site for better or worse. In fact I haven't done that much. I can't decide whether to overhaul the farnell.topcities one to target a more academic audience and concentrate all the fun stuff on my new one as my host is an excellent free one with loads of scripts etc.

The articles can be about anything that you've found entertaining (fun, amusing) whether it is a website, film, game, no restrictions basically. I might be able to make a rating system so that the better the article, the better the score people are likely to give you. This way people will start to look for your articles.
The rules are fairly unrestricted
1) No swearing, hating, etc
2) No blatant advertising although people will be able to see your profile and click through to your website etc.
3) Commercial and non-commercial content allowed
4) Your opinion is essential.
