Another site to review...

Hopefully someone (or several people ) can review my site.

I've just changed it to generate dynamically generated static files, which have raised my ranking in google, though its not quite finished indexing all of them...

Also, I recentally (Sunday) changed the ad's from Zencudo (who I earned ~£70 over a few months from) to Google Adsense - which I have earned a few dollars in a few days... Hopefully it will earn me more.

Anyway - basically - I am looking for some ideas to change my site...I am getting annoyed with the menu down the right. I don't like it, but can't figure out what to do with it.

Any comments about that or in general, constructive or not would be helpful.

[EDIT]Duh! the link would be useful... http://www.isitaboat.co.uk/

Hi I liked the fact that alll those pictures on the index page were proper thumbnails. Downloaded nice and quick.
BUT the link to the slide show is showing 404 page not found.
Also on the menu you have links to tasks but its the same for them too.

I am not sure about the grey but the menu on the right is ok I wouldn't change it maybe more color.

Cheers guys, I am well aware of those problems, which are caused because I am lazy...

Bascially those pages were written in ASP, and my new server doesn't do ASP - I haven't gotten around to re-writing the page caching code either, so haven't removed the dud links......

Job for today I think

The thumbnails look a bit grainy unfortunately.

This is a fun site to surf. Its interesting to see all of those cars in the UK. I liked the video fortress idea. Unfortunately, not all of the links in that area worked. I didn't find any other pics that wouldn't load. Great job!

Yeah, its a pretty nice site. I like the simple setup and useability of the site. Only thing I would suggest to you is to mabye overhaul the top graphic. I like the filtered car pic, but the left of the top section seems just a little bare. Nothing that would stop anyone from visiting, just a little of my need for high-graphics showing through. That's always the problem for me... I want so much as far as graphics and gradients and stuff, but I know that the site has to be compact as far as file size enough to keep those with dial-up happy... arghh...DIAL-UP!!!

Nice site though.

i have a large screen so its good for me but unfortunate for most of the world with a 14-17 inch monitor

also i think there is too much white space

the bigure could be in a border or something and again i think its easy to change the blue underlined links to something more befitting a site about cars

i do like you header though...its stylish
