im having trouble with my geforce fx 5600 not working like it used to. i used to get awsome performance out of it and now its doing horrible. running xp pro and via chipset. i read a post a couple days ago and tried following it but no luck and theres still a problem. heres the post :

Ok first off...Ive been around the forum boards and see a lot of people having some problems with a Gforce 5600fx card. I have an EliteGroup k7 mobo running the via chipset.....If any of you dudes out there know anything about via and there problem with AGP structure...then listen up....go read about it for yourselves.....But when running a Gforce card on a via chipset you need to set your AGP driving control to manual......then set a value to it....when set to auto your default value is 218.....set it to EA....which is 234...this increases the AGP signal strengh...but be careful not to go to high for you can really cook your card....Also DISABLE AGP fastwite....and AGP fast read.....leave settings at AGP 4X.....And last....but most important....make sure you update your mobo by flashing if there are updates for it !
Then get the latset forceware drivers 53.04 and play on !

i have the lastest drivers for the gf fx 5600 but am having trouble finding/downloading the agp miniport driver (via chipset) ive had this problem for about 4-5 months and tried almost everything can someone plsss help -thanks
