Google going through a major update?I am not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but I believe that Google has gone through a pretty major algo update within the last 48-72 hours. I noticed a drop in traffic on Friday but checking today, Google traffic to a couple of my domains has basically disappeared.
Anyone else see a big change in their Google traffic? |

Yes, noticing a considerable drop here in traffic too. Hope it's just for the next few days.

To me it eerily looks like last November's "Florida" update and I don't think it'll be reversing over the next few days. Could be tough for the next couple of months.

I don't know why exactly but I just feel that this is not going to last for very long, so I am not going to give it a second thought.

It's hard to say now... though traffic is slightly improving, it has not improved at normal rates. So if I was experiencing 7% SE referrrals / traffic growth week on week previously; this week, it's just a little over 4%...

Seen the same thing here. Came back 10 days later.
I also noticed that Google has updated its backlinks. |
