a Neat Little Software..

Okay havnt posted in this forums for ages, but i found this neat little Registry HACK which tells you a little or two about ur Hard Drives Realibility and Performance..

As u can see my Performance and Realibility bars are at 100% due to my HDD being 2 Months New and all..

If u see ur bars are at 50% or so i think its time for u to change to a NEW HDD...or Defrag it or something like that..

Heres a Screenshot

I haven't tried it yet but sounds like something I'd really like to try one day soon, thanks.

Did anyone ever try this? It looks a really cool addition to have. Which version of windows is it intended for?

It looks handy if you're hard drives have this facility.

jrobbio, here's a link to the homepage with info and stuff www.adenix.net

And www.genitech.com.au gives good info on the standard & how it works.

I'm still searching for a good way of determining if a HD has this, I guess a BIOS setting is the only clue, along with the HD manual.
