I do a lot of icon stuff, however I have never created my own. But I have run acrost programs that do. Microangelo (dont't quote me on that name) is supposed to be the program of all programs, however it is rather expensive. There is a program available for download on PcWorlds downloads called IconEdit Pro it has a 25 day trial so try it, it claims it will do the bmp to ico thing.

Try Irfanview. Get it here www.irfanview.com
Convert image to 32x32, and save as .ico. Done. Garth Farley |
