using Ccan i embedd C code in PHP...if so how could u pls show a small example....

You cannot embed C code into PHP. You can create an extension in C that is compiled into PHP or called at runtime using the http://www.php.net/dl function. I'm afraid I don't know anything about the C language or creating extensions, so I can't be more specific than that.

I believe C is one of the CGI languages. I'm not too familiar with that domain either, so you'll probably have to ask someone else to explain exactly how to get C onto your webpage.
