I have searching for many weeks for a good FREE host.
I want absolutely NO ADS of any sort, no activation fees, no hidden activation signups etc., no referal systems or anything of that sort.

All I require is this:

Enough space for a phpBB forum
1 Mysql Database
FTP Access
PHP
phpMyAdmin or any other way of accessing the MySQL Databases.

Thats it, If you can offer me this service I would greatly appreciate it.

Your best bet would be to find a webhost that would sponsor you (and you would still need to have some type of ads for them).

Let me know when you find a good free host. I haven't seen one yet. If you are just looks for specific specs, I think there are a few already inside this forum that will allow:
Enough space for a phpBB forum

PHP
phpMyAdmin or any other way of accessing the MySQL Databases.

Not sure about the no ads though.

How do you expect a hosting company to give you something for free? Honestly, do you really think that they can keep doing business if they just keep giving away free resources, without generating revenue of some kind?

Your quest for a host may be harder than you think. Your best bet is to find a reliable host that is offering a one-time deal for a few users.
