Question

Access databases

first of all sorry if this has nothing to do with where i put my post, i did do a search for access help and i ended up here... anyway all i need to find out it is a simple question about an access database, my boss has an online fishing tackle store and customer details stored on access, i created 3 queries so that info could be sorted as labels to be printed, labels printed but order not sent and finally despatched items, however my boss is worried that the last query will fill of all old orders really quickly, he doesnt want the info deleted tho, how can i get the information to be stored somewhere else? and where? thanks for any help, and if i dont get any then i'll just be sat here at work doing nothing for the rest of the day <- cool pic!
