When i first start the machine it will connect to my wireless access point signal strength (exellent). Then about 1min later it disconnects and when i view available networks my access point disappears. Now when i go into network properties under preferred networks it shows that my access point is disconnected, however when I hit refresh it will show that the access point is connected but it won't move it up to available networks??? problem solvedI found out that it was actually the card that was the issue. I swithced it out with a different brand of wireless card and it works fine now and I no longer have any disconnection problems of any sort. By the way my new wireless card is put out by microsoft ... I did this to ensure full compatability with windows and my network.
