has anyone done any work with making a form from a form from a form?

the first form has 8 fields. games_num1...thru...games_num4, and date1...thru..date4. form two will be built first by date1, then insert listboxes based on games_num1. games_num1 returns two teams: home and away, for each game. then so on thru date4 and games_num4.

i.e. date1=Jun 3, 2004. date2=Jun 4, 2004. games_num1=3, and
games_num2=5.
date1 will be a heading in form2,
games_num1 will then create 6 listboxes for 3 games, and 2
teams each game.
date2 will be the next heading in form2
games_num2 will then create 10 listboxes for 5 games, and 2
teams each game.

is this possible???? i have been looking for a while for this. my stump comes from using the data in form1 to actually piece together form2. Or, is the answer to first post to a db, then pull back out?
