A Problem with Accessibility on MAC IEWhen I use MAC OS and browse some web page with Internet Explorer,
I encounter a problem. When I roll over some image, an "insturmental text" should display on default. An instrumental text is a string used to display image information when we browse web page with accessiblity. As page.gif demonstrated below, "instrumental text" turns to be ASCII code. How should I resolve such problem? If I use Windows OS with Internet Explorer, this will not be a problem. |

I had a look at the site in question and they have not setup alternative text correctly so it wouldn't even work with my far superior (in terms of accessibility and everything else) Firefox 0.8 browser .
I think the fact the page was in Taiwanese (or Mandarin etc etc) may have been a problem, but I'm not sure. Does it have this problem on every site you try? Rob |
