Re: New Forums on GIDForums

I have said time and time again -- if anyone wants a new forum or sub forum, they can help speed up the process by "seeding" the forum.

If you don't know what that means, take a look at the Python Forums and how Crystalattice posts a new thread to the forum every now and then.

Since I want the Music Forums and I know I can post a thread every week or so, I have no qualms about setting it up already.

I will assume you are hinting at your thread requesting an Assembly Programming Language Forum. If you can commit to post a few threads on the subject, I will gladly open up the forum for you and other fans of the language. I am even willing to add a syntax highlighter for the language if it's not too complicated.

No not at all. As the Admin, you can add anything you want. The 'poll' I started was because a request for an assembler forum was asked and I was simply wondering if there were others who thought it was a useful forum to add, as an aid to your decision to add it or not. I personally don't care since I haven't used an assembler in years.

I am grateful to all GIDForums members for their support, especially the senior members. Thanks to your replies and help, we continue to attract "assemblers" to the forum.
