I was hoping to find some kind of guide for being a services admin. but nothing yet..

I'm a services admin on irc.elementirc.net , a new irc network from a friend.

although I know enough about irc to do some common things I would like to know some more.

I'm looking for some guide that will help me with things like:
topic for #xxx is ***, how can I change it and
Chaning topic of channels you don't own

i know it sounds simple, but I find it hard to find, user guides enough, but couldn't find oper guides...

it is about Undernet, which is not really the same as normal services..

I'll have a closer look.

I always try to create a file so that I can use it as referense
