Mail Order Horror StoriesI would love to see a thread on the pros and cons of mail order. If you have any warnings about a particular company and what to expect(or what not to expect)
So here you go, hopefully it will help someone planning a system. __________________

OK here are three sites I have done or still do business with:
Buy.com: I have order a few ideas through then and have never had a problem to speak of a little slow on the shipping but all in all I'm a happy shopper. Amazon.com: Now this one I have done business more than I'm able to say, of course I've also done business with the ZShop which are private individual selling there ideas used and there is the change that someone could rip you off Amazon gives you three tickets per account that say if you get ripped off by someone on ZShop they will give you your money back, but once the three ticket are gone that can no longer refund you. As for doing business with amazon themselves nothing but good to report and have always got good customer service from them. Ebay.com: Not much good here I'm afraid I have try to do business multi times over Ebay but every time I have try to buy an item off Ebay it's ether taken down for brake some rule or the shipping cost more that the item I'm trying to buy. Now the only thing about this that going to be hard to show through a thread is that this is the truth. Its the truth in my case but it may not be the truth in someone else case my best advice to you is check out the site you thinking of doing business with and see there feedback if they have any that's the best indication of what to expect. I may have a few more that I have done business with out the years. If I think of any more I will post them here. Hope this helps __________________

When it comes to Ebay, you have to spend some time searching for items with good prices, terms and sellers. Its just not uniform and there is a higher probability of getting ripped off because you are dealing with individuals.

EbayI had a laptop for sale on Ebay. The buyer wanted to pay with a credit card for shipping and everything, which happened to belong to someone in N. Dakota. Which is fine except the buyer lived in Indonesia.
I reported it to M/C fraud department and they got him. __________________

Many Ebay powersellers won't sell to anyone in Indonesia...they say so in their auctions. Major fraud cases.
