Large Format Graphics

I'm looking to get a Soljet Pro II ex series 54" plotter/printer. In my last minute thoughts, I was wondering where you get large format graphics from. I mean like the 50-300+ meg files. Would they be something that I create in Photoshop or is there a place to download them. Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks, Dave
