Does anyone know of a web host that has php and mySql for free besides portland?

try http://www.f2o.org ; i happened to see it recently at some forum (sounds interesting tho)

Only problem is they only accept developer sites.

We don't *only* accept developer sites, just prefer them over britnay pic hosting because they tend to be more productive. Anyone can sign up for f2o.org accounts, just make sure you provide a halfway coherant explanation of why you want an account.
