I really hope I am in the right place for making such a request. I'm sure what I am asking is fairly simple, but as I have no experience in programming, what-so-ever, I feel it best to leave this project to someone who knows what they are doing. I am willing to negotiate payment for your efforts.

My request:

OS: Windows (with Win7 support if needed) x86

I need a program that can locate text based files from within a selected directory (locate an *.exe for directory path), all the 'to-be-edited' files are in the same folder.

The basic structure of the program would only need one interface screen, which would have the following:

1 drop-down menu (for selecting the file to edit) with 10 options

4 checkable (tick box) options, each with 4 boxes

eg:

Option A: Box: 1 - 2 - 3 - 4
Option B: Box: 1 - 2 - 3 - 4
Option C: Box: 1 - 2 - 3 - 4
Option D: Box: 1 - 2 - 3 - 4

You cannot tick more than one box in each row.

Each tickbox would have a value it is required to change in the text file, based upon what line that value is on. Obviously, all the files are exactly the same, only the checkable options differ the content of the file.

Upon completing the tick-boxes, a save option with overwrites the file with the values that were selected.
