Apache Access Log Help Wanted

I keep seeing lines like the following in my access log:

Code:
83.83.58.95 - - [18/Jan/2010:17:09:58 +0100] "h8\xb4\xdf\x88\b\xef\xa4\xa8&\xd8\x8f\x1a\xf2\xdf\x0f}\xff\xf8\xa6f\x18F\xec\xeb\x10O?" 501 332

They are always from different IPs, and they always have a 501 or 400 code. Is this something to be worried about? I am running Apache on an XP box.

Thanks
