So, I'm assuming you didn't just post up here to get some free promotion.

As a highly opinionated person, I'm hard to escape My first impression is that your design lacks sheen. It's just not groovy enough. You've no curved lines, rounded corners or anything. Considering that you are offering professional advice, your site should look a bit more like the work of a pro.

I dislike the fast you use Times New Roman all the time. On my LCD screen, it looks ugily & spidery, and CRT doesn't do it too many favours either. Colours-wise, it's ok, but do you mix dark-green and black headers?

Your forums, while I like the InvisionBoard design, doesn't look much like your site. I suggest extensive customisation. Also your menu bar disappears here, allowing no easy way back to the tutorials, say.

You've a strange categorising of forusm in your support section also. Surely you should have all the web programming languages, PHP Perl ASP JSP. I'm not aware of any webmaster in their right mind who uses C or C++ for a site. Java may be used for applets.

Since PHP & mysql/postgresql is a popular combi, how about it's own dedicated one?

Your source is good, can't find anything to complain about, which is a surprise as usually every site I review has dodgy HTML. It's a refreshing change, and I hope many more follow your lead.

You need more content. Much more. I'm sure you are pressed for time, but don't start promo till you've got some new content.

As an idea, I'd really like a reference page for html, css and other bits & bobs. Like what Dreamweaver 4 has. That's something I can't find on the net, and I'd find really useful.

Note, I'm finding far too many similarities with the 4webhelp website. Watch out or you'll have Daniel on your back

It'd be an idea to start your own banner-ring, to help promote each others websites.

Considering that both websites will cover pretty much all there is about webmastery, promoting each other would give each other visitors.
