Deploy a website using tomcat ?

Hi all,
i need help in deploying my own website on a my own laptop (as a server)
i am using netbeans to develop the a web application (java, jsp pages)
i have a static ip address, a domain name
i have the apache tomcat 6.0
oracle database
i did try the application getting data from the html (client side) process the programming logic using java classes, then connect to the oracle database, storing the data in the database.

i don't know what should i do next ? how to export the final project from netbeans ( war file ???), then how to deploy the application into tomcat server?

thanks all
