Hi anyone: I have a paper form that I fill in at work manually(pen) regarding production details. I would like to know where do I start to create a form. What books are good to read. My form has complex calculations on it, calculations that I've been able to function in excel. I would like to be able to complete the form, email it, save it and reuse it day after day. Can someone please give some guidance. Thanks.

Why can't you just make the form in Excel? The calculations are already there and Excel is famous for being used to make forms and other non-spreadsheet purposes.

I had the same idea about making character sheets for a game but realized using simple spreadsheets was easier. No additional programming required, especially "nasty" GUI design and other headaches.
