There is an apache module called mod_bandwidth.
I tried to use it, and it works... the only problem i couldn't solve was allowing my own ip at max bandwidth.. I have to note that I used a pre-compiled version, so that could be the problem. All info about this module can be found at http://www.cohprog.com/mod_bandwidth.html |
