A nasty virus won't let me boot up and just asks for a password

A nasty virus has password protected my system and I can do nothing. Please solution. So one day, somehow, a nasty virus gold hold of my Windows XP SP3 and then it doesn't let me bootup the computer.

When ever Windows starts to run, it asks me for a password, gives me 3 try and as i fail it just hangs up.

I can't even go to bios setup without the pass.

I can't even bootup the computer with an XP CD or Ubuntu cd without the pass.

I tried resetting the CMOS from the motherboard but no help.

Is there anyway i can get around. I have no data to loose from the computer so i can take any measure if i can just fix the computer.

Please computer geniuses, help me win over the nasty virus.
