Allegro Installation

I'm trying to install allegro for Dev-C++. I downloaded the devpack for it and it always tells me that "There's no such file or directory." I tried just regularly downloading allegro's file-folder and installing as I would SDL, but that also didn't work.

Also in my project options I set it to
Win32 GUI
and in the linker i put
-allegro
