Are there ways to solve problem's software to USB?

example: my USB don't open!
my computer told me that it find a new device!

I can't what's the problem? Please, how solve that?

I wish to learn the solve and shoot error software (Windows XP)
give me e-book to beginner.

If you are on a network with network drives mapped, your thumb drive might be trying to get a drive letter that's already assigned.

If this is the case:
-Right click on my computer
-Select Manage
-Go to Disk Management
-Find the drive that's associated with your thumb drive and Right click
-Select Change drive letters and paths...
-change it to a drive that isn't being used.

Hope this is your issue, I've seen this a lot at my work with thumb drives, external hard drives, and Multi card readers.

-Select Manage
-Go to Disk Management
check there........ universal serial bus option in yellow question mark
if yes..... double click there ...one popup window open.select driver....rollback or uninstall drivers and reboot system. xp install drivers automatically.plz post here u r experiance
